Description:
The house is set out in a "L", forming patios and terraces on the south side, and on the west side looking out over the pine trees and the Olivos/Quinta de Chicureo golf course. Each of the "arms" of the L-shaped structure has a distinct function: private areas (in the parallel to the street), and communal living areas (in the perpendicular to the street).
The main entrance is at the intersection of the two arms, marked by a recess on the facade and a perpendicular protruding wall. In this formal part, the house is composed by a simple linear elements that with the use of materials in each of them as the stone, exposed concrete, the white render and the big openings bring together a game os volumes and textures that they harmonise with the place and give sobriety to the building.
