This duplex project is centred around maximising the available space through a carefully considered interior layout, creating homes that feel generous, functional and comfortable without compromising the efficiency of the site. Every space has been thoughtfully configured to support contemporary living with a strong focus on flow, functionality and the relationship between living areas.

The exterior draws inspiration from traditional residential forms, reinterpreted through a contemporary design approach. A simple and refined composition gives the duplex a strong street presence while allowing it to sit comfortably within its residential context.
